Maryland Mobile Notary Express provides mobile notary services, apostille courier and processing assistance, certified translation referrals, and related document services. All services are provided as described and subject to availability.
By requesting services, you confirm that: the information you have provided is complete and accurate; you authorize Maryland Mobile Notary Express to courier, submit, pick up, and ship your document(s) as specified; you understand that processing times are estimates; government and consular decisions are outside MMNE's control; and fees paid after submission are non-refundable.
Processing times provided are estimates only. Government agencies, consulates, and other third parties control their own timelines. Maryland Mobile Notary Express is not responsible for delays caused by government processing times, agency backlogs, or circumstances outside our control.
Service fees are agreed upon prior to submission. Fees paid to government agencies, consulates, or other third parties on your behalf are non-refundable once submitted, regardless of the outcome of the government decision. MMNE service fees for completed work are non-refundable.
Maryland Mobile Notary Express acts as a courier and processing assistance service. We are not responsible for government agency decisions, document rejection by third parties, embassy or consular determinations, or delays beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid for the specific service in question.
