Maryland Mobile Notary Express collects personal information you provide when contacting us or requesting services. This may include your name, phone number, email address, document details, and destination country information. We do not collect sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to provide the requested service.
Information you provide is used solely to process your document service request, communicate with you about your order, and provide the services you requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Original documents and copies submitted for processing are handled with care and returned or delivered as agreed. Maryland Mobile Notary Express does not retain copies of your documents beyond what is necessary to complete the requested service.
By contacting us via WhatsApp, phone, or the contact form on this website, you consent to receiving communications related to your document service request. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages.
Our services involve submitting documents to government agencies including the Maryland Secretary of State, the U.S. Department of State, the DC Secretary of State, and embassy or consular offices. These agencies have their own privacy policies and data handling practices which are outside our control.
Maryland Mobile Notary Express provides mobile notary services, apostille courier and processing assistance, certified translation referrals, and related document services. All services are provided as described and subject to availability.
By requesting services or submitting payment, you confirm that the information you provided is complete and accurate; you authorize Maryland Mobile Notary Express to review, prepare, coordinate, courier, submit, pick up, and ship your document(s) as specified; you understand that processing times are estimates and government or consular decisions are outside MMNE's control; and you agree to the payment, cancellation, and rescheduling terms below.
Processing times provided are estimates only. Government agencies, consulates, and other third parties control their own timelines. Maryland Mobile Notary Express is not responsible for delays caused by government processing times, agency backlogs, or circumstances outside our control.
The initial booking and service-initiation fee is non-refundable and is applied toward the total service price. Once payment is received, Maryland Mobile Notary Express reserves time for the service and may begin document review, preparation, scheduling, coordination, or courier arrangements.
One complimentary date change is permitted when at least 24 hours' notice is provided. The service date may be moved or adjusted subject to availability, and the payment will be transferred to the approved rescheduled date. Payments are not refunded when a client cancels, does not appear, provides missing or incorrect documents, or changes personal, travel, agency, or filing plans. Changes requested with less than 24 hours' notice or additional date changes may require a new booking and service-initiation fee.
Government fees, consular fees, shipping costs, translation expenses, courier expenses, and other third-party charges already paid or incurred are non-refundable regardless of the government or third-party decision. MMNE service fees for work already performed are also non-refundable.
If Maryland Mobile Notary Express cannot provide the agreed service and an acceptable alternative date cannot be arranged, any unearned MMNE service fees will be refunded. This exception does not apply to delays, rejections, or decisions made by government agencies, consulates, shipping carriers, or other third parties outside MMNE's control.
Maryland Mobile Notary Express acts as a courier and processing assistance service. We are not responsible for government agency decisions, document rejection by third parties, embassy or consular determinations, or delays beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid for the specific service in question.
